The uniformly mixing precursor powders at nanoscale size was prepared by in-situ reaction which used cadmium chloride and tellurium dioxide as raw materials, and hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent and a com-plexing agent. The cadmium telluride was obtained by hydrogen reduction of precursor powders during 110-400℃.Moreover,the evolution of phases and microstructures were investigated by XRD,TG,SEM etc.The results show that during the preparation of precursor the tetravalent tellurium was changed to elemental telluri-um at nanoscale size, while the ions of cadmium precipitated in the form of 2-5μm Cd(N2 H4 )x Cl2 complexes. Furthermore, the elemental tellurium and Cd(N2 H4 )x Cl2 dispersed uniformly. The single phase cadmium tellu-ride can be obtained from the precursor treated by hydrogen at 400℃ and the precursor was prepared with cad-mium chloride and tellurium dioxide mixed with a molar ratio 1∶1 .%以氯化镉和二氧化碲为原料,水合肼为还原剂和络合剂,原位制备出了纳米级混合均匀的前驱体粉末,在110~400℃氢气还原制备了碲化镉粉末,并结合X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段研究了上述过程中物相和微观结构演变。
