Using the traditional process of preparation of TiO2 and ZnO doped WO3 ceramics,using X-ray dif-fraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (sem)analysis of the microstructure,and in 273 to 973 K for thermoelectric performance measurements,found that grain size has a little change,and the generation of a sec-ond phase.All of the different concentrations of samples within the measuring range are negative,that is still the n type oxides thermoelectric materials.Experiments show that the sample with 0.5mol% doping concentra-tion has the largest power factor,which is 0.052μW/(m•K2 )at 973 K.%利用传统工艺制备 TiO2以及 ZnO 掺杂的WO 3陶瓷,利用X射线衍射以及扫描电镜对其微观结构进行分析,并且在273~973 K 进行热电性能的测量,发现晶粒尺寸有着微小的变化,而且有第二相的生成.所有不同浓度的样品在测量范围内均为负值,说明仍是n 型氧化物热电材料.实验发现掺杂浓度为0.5%(摩尔分数),温度达到973 K 时有着最高的功率因子为0.052μW/m•K2.
