A new kind of polymeric zirconium as a Zr-based ceramic precursor has been synthesized by trichloro-ethylene,phenylacetylene,n-butyllithium and ZrCl4 .The structure of the polymer containing zirconium and al-kyne(PZA)was characterized by molecular weight,FT-IR.The heat-resistant property under nitrogen was studied by TGA and the ceramic transformation was studied by XRD.Results show that PZA polymer have great heat-resistant property,the T d1 0 (10% mass loss temperature)was up to 600 ℃,the mass retention was 61.9% after 1 000 ℃,the ceramic conversion was ZrC after 1 450 ℃.%以丁基锂、三氯乙烯、苯乙炔和四氯化锆为原料,合成了一种耐高温的含锆陶瓷化先驱体(简称PZA).采用 FT-IR 和 GPC 对树脂结构进行表征,通过 TGA 和 XRD 对聚合物耐热性和陶瓷化转化进行研究.结果表明,PZA 树脂具有优良的耐热性能和陶瓷化转化性能,N2气氛下 T d10(质量损失10%的温度)达600℃,1000℃ 下 的 质 量 保 留 率 为 61.9%,1450℃下完全热解为 ZrC.
