ZnO 一维纳米材料的制备与表征∗

             

摘要

Firstly,ZnO nanoparticles have been synthesized by using ethanol as solvent,zinc acetate as zinc sources and sodium oleate as surface capping agents through wet-chemical route.Then the needle-like ZnO nanowires bundles were synthesized by high temperature calcination method by using the as-synthesized ZnO nanoparticals.All of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis),fluorescence spectroscopy (FL),transmission electron microscope (TEM)and scanning electron micro-scope (SEM).The results show that the obtained ZnO nanoparticals could give characteristic absorption peak locating at 355 nm in the UV-Vis absorption spectra.FL spectra showed two mainly emission peaks centering at 400 nm and 550 nm.The size of ZnO nanoparticals was near 5 nm with a narrow size distribution.The needle-like ZnO nanowires bundles were synthesized when the calcination temperature was 500 ℃.The obtained hexa-gonal wurtzite structure ZnO single crystal nanowires with length about 10μm,diameter about 100 nm,aspect ratio about 100.Meanwhile,the good ultraviolet luminescence performance of the as-synthesized ZnO nanowires was also detected in this work.%首先以乙醇为溶剂,乙酸锌为前驱体,油酸钠为表面修饰剂,采用溶液化学法,制得 ZnO 纳米粒子.以自制ZnO 纳米粒子为基体,通过煅烧方法制备针状ZnO 纳米线束.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(FL)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对合成的样品进行表征.结果表明,所合成 ZnO 纳米粒子样品UV-Vis吸收光谱在355 nm给出 ZnO 纳米粒子的特征吸收峰,FL光谱显示在400和550 nm 处产生荧光发射.ZnO 纳米粒子尺寸约为5 nm 且粒径分布较窄.自制ZnO 纳米粒子样品经500℃煅烧后可得到针状ZnO 纳米线束.纳米线为六方晶系纤锌矿结构ZnO单晶纳米线,长度约为10μm,直径约为100 nm,长径比约为100,且具有良好的紫外发光性能.
