摘要

A method for producing linear nano-material useful for thin film transistor substrate is provided to form the linear nano-material that has controlled wall thickness and is easy to fabricate multiple layers by introducing organic vapor material in pores of a template. The method includes the steps of: preparing a template(100) having pores(110) with diameter of less than 200nm; and introducing vapor phase organic materials under vacuum condition to form linear nano-materials in the pores. The organic material is introduced by evaporating liquid phase of the organic material. The organic material is low molecular weight material and includes at least one selected from methylmethacrylate, styrene, divinylbenzene, vinylphenol, pyrrole, aniline, thiophene, pentacene and rubrene. Alternatively, the organic material is monomer and the method further includes a step of polymerization of the monomer in the pores.
