摘要

(1-x)KNNT-xBNZ lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction method. The effect of composition and sintering temperature on the phase,microstructure and electric-properties were studied.The results show that the calcination temperature of 850 ℃ is determined by thermal analysis.By XRD detecting,the calcinated powder are typical perovskite structures,and the crystal structure is the coexistence of tetragonal phase and orthorhombic phase.By SEM,the good sintering ceramics with a uniform grain are ob-tained for the ceramic when x=0.04 and sintering temperature is 1120 ℃.The electric-properties test shows that the ceramics with excellent electric properties of ε r=1250,d33=235 pC/N,kp=0.43 are obtained at sinte-ring temperature of 1120 ℃.When x=0.04,the resonance frequency fr is 210.032 kHz,which is lower than that of other components.%采用固相反应法制备(1-x)(K0.49Na0.51)(Nb0.97Ta0.03)O3-xBi0.5Na0.5ZrO3无铅压电陶瓷.研究该体系陶瓷的组成及烧结温度对陶瓷的相组成、显微结构及电性能的影响.结果表明,热分析确定混合原料的合成温度为850℃.XRD分析表明,850℃预烧温度下,合成粉料均展现出典型的钙钛矿结构,晶格特征为四方相和正交相并存.SEM表明,组成在x=0.04,烧结温度为1120℃时,能够获得晶粒均匀且致密度较高的陶瓷.电性能研究结果,烧结温度1120℃,该组成陶瓷的电性能具有最佳值,εr=1250,d33=235 pC/N,kp=0.43.谐振频率在x=0.04组成处相比于其它组成也较低,fr=210.032 kHz左右.
