论案犯心态对足迹反映的影响

摘要

Footprint is an important carrier of criminal psychology of the perpetrator, there is an inevi-table link between mentality and footprint. Based on criminal psychology,criminal behavior and footsteps, exploration of their relevance and cause-effect relationship to provide technical support to scientific and technological research has become a hot spot in criminal science. Different types of cases have different mo-tive for the perpetrators, there is a big difference in the criminal psychology, thus forming their own behav-ioral characteristics,which is reflected on the different footprints on crime scene, providing a strong basis for the rapid detection of cases.%作案人足迹是犯罪心理的重要栽体，案犯心态与犯罪现场足迹特征之间存在必然联系。依据犯罪心理学、犯罪行为学和足迹学等相关学科知识，探求和揭示其间的相关性和因果关系，为案件精准侦破提供技术支持，已成为刑事科学技术研究中的热点问题。不同的案件类型、不同的犯罪动机以及不同的作案人，其犯罪心理存在较大差异，从而形成了各自的行为特征，犯罪现场亦会形成不同的足迹反映，出现不同的足迹类型，据此可为案件迅速侦破提供有力依据。
