讯问中的情感感化方法研究综述

摘要

In investigation practice , emotional influence is occupying the highest percentage among all the ap-proaches , and it is a very effective method .Emotional influence is an important investigation method , which is irre-placeable .Using emotional influence in a right way can help investigators to obtain the true confession of the sus -pect, find out new clues, and verify the cases.Nevertheless, emotional influence has been underestimated in aca-demic thesis, textbooks, and lacked discourse and analysis .The status quo in researching emotional influence is superficial , lacking theoretical support and analysis , especially in concrete methodology .%在讯问实践中，侦查人员所使用的各种讯问方法中，情感感化是使用频率最高的，而且实际功效也是非常明显的。情感感化作为一种重要的讯问方法，有其自身特有的和不可替代的重要作用。有效地运用情感感化方法，能够获取犯罪嫌疑人的真实口供，挖掘出新的线索，查清案件事实。然而，已有文献资料对情感感化的论述比较粗略，缺乏深入的理论研究剖析，多是一些经验性的总结，尤其是在情感感化具体方法这块比较空白，对该方法的实用价值评估过低。
