对侵财型青少年社区矫正对象心理矫治工作的个案研究

摘要

The teenagers who suffer from community correction are a special group of criminals.They are dif-ferent from the adult in community correction in terms of physiology, psychology and behavior.Therefore, we should carry out psychological correction on them after fully taking their physiological and psychological characteris-tics and their manners into account.And the research on an individual case has showed that psychological correc-tion mode needs specific objectives and tasks for teenagers who have to accept community correction because of offending others'property.Besides, it also needs a variety of flexible measures and the assessment for the whole process as well in order to realize re-socialization for these teenagers.%青少年社区矫正对象是一类特殊的犯罪群体，他们在生理、心理和行为特征等方面都不同于成年社区矫正对象，因此，必须针对他们的身心特点和行为习惯进行有针对性的心理矫正工作，以帮助他们实现再社会化过程。在分析对象某甲的矫正案例中，针对侵财型青少年社区矫正对象提出了相应的心理矫治模式，为我国青少年心理矫治工作提供参考。
