论基层公安机关践行依法治国的基本途径

摘要

Grass-roots public security organizations face many challenges from both the external and the inter-nal when carrying out the idea of governing the country according to law. Therefore, they must be positive to change their ideas, strengthen the education and the training, improve the law enforcement system, exact the law enforce-ment responsibility, cultivate good style of work and optimize the law enforcement environment in order to explore the basic approach to governing the country according to law.%基层公安机关在实现依法治国理念和要求的工作中面临着来自外部和内部的各种挑战，须积极从转变思想观念、强化教育培训、完善执法制度、落实执法责任、培育优良警风、优化执法环境等方面入手，努力探索基层公安机关践行依法治国的基本途径。
