基于跨理论模式的大学新生身体活动量研究--以福州市个案大学为例

             

摘要

The physical activity of college freshmen in five different exercising stages shows differences. There-fore, if all freshmen are classified into five groups and three-day-memory-recorded questionnaires are adopted, we may easily come to the following conclusions:the new school boys who do not have exercising habits or plans ac-count for 43 . 33%;all freshmen in five different exercising stages exercise extremely differently when they are in peacetime or doing moderate to severe physical activities or doing these activities in three days; students exercise little or do not engage in regular exercises during the holiday. As a result, we should help students to form the habit of doing exercises regularly, especially during the holiday.%五个不同运动阶段大学生身体活动量表现有其差异,以运动阶段分类量表将研究对象归属于五个不同运动阶段组别,以三日回忆记录法问卷为工具,将所得资料进行分析,得出结论:新入学男生处于无意图期、意图期、准备期运动阶段的占43.33%;五个不同运动阶段的研究对象在平时、平时中重度与三日中重度身体活动量的表现上均具极显著差异;在假日休息时间,学生的身体活动量较少,一般不会去从事规律运动,因而在授课时应着重于引导学生养成运动习惯,尤其更应鼓励其在假日积极从事规律运动。
