当前我国危害药品安全犯罪现状及对策研究

摘要

Although the current drug safety legislation of China has been quite perfect , the crime endangering the safety of drug has been growing rapidly in number in recent years , which has caused serious consequences .In fact, it is not easy to decide the nature of such crime as a result of the combination of science and technology ap -plied in the means of crime;it is also not easy to discover those criminal activites due to the carefully planned or-ganizations .In order to decrease the number of such crime , it is necessary to build a crime prevention and control system through strengthening the quality of practitioners , regulating the supervision of drug safety , enhancing public's preventing ability and so on .%目前，我国针对药品安全的立法已相当完备。然而，近几年危害药品安全犯罪的数量增长迅速并造成严重后果，犯罪手段科技化含量高致使该类案件不易定性，犯罪组织严密导致犯罪行为隐蔽性强。为了遏制该类犯罪，从增强从业者法律素质、规范药品安全领域监管、增强公众的被害预防能力等方面建立该类犯罪的防控体系十分必要。
