韩非执法思想对当代警察执法的启示

With the further development of public security reform, the concept and system of law enforcement of public security police need to be changed and updated. The research on Han Fei's thought of law enforcement is helpful to improve the law enforcement of public security in our country, so as to protect the basic rights of citizens. Han Fei is famous for his thoughts, such as law is all, the enforcement should be fair and strict, etc. , and all these embody the principle that"law is the base for the whole society". Han Fei's thought is believed to overcome and re-duce the problems and the negative effect of police enforcement in current China.
