以半木质化枝条为外植体,探讨外植体消毒时间、植物生长调节剂对福建山樱花组培各阶段的影响,结果表明:外植体先用75%酒精消毒30 s,再使用0.1%HgCl溶液消毒5 min的消毒效果较好。较适宜的诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.5 mg· L-1+NAA 0.1 mg· L-1;较适宜的继代培养基为:3/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg· L-1+NAA 0.2 mg· L-1;较适宜的生根培养基为:1/3 MS+IBA 1.0 mg· L-1+NAA 0.2 mg· L-1,生根率达97.4%。生根苗移栽到泥炭土∶珍珠岩∶黄心土(6∶3∶1)的基质中成活率可达90%以上。%Taking half lignification stems as explants ,this article discusses about the impact of sterilization time and plant growth reg-ulator for Cerasus campanulata Maxim in each stage.The results showed that:the best method for sterilization of explant was 75%of ethanol for 30 s first then 0.1%of HgCl for 5 min.The optimum medium for continue generation subculture of C.campanulata Max-im was 3/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg· L-1 +NAA 0.2 mg· L-1.Medium 1/3 MS+IBA 1.0 mg· L-1 +NAA 0.2 mg· L-1 was relative suitable rooting medium for C.campanulata Maxim,with a rooting rate of 97.4%.The survival rate of seedlings could reach above 90%in substrate of peat soil∶perlite∶yellow soil=6∶3∶1.
