珍贵树种花榈木容器苗配方施肥试验

     

摘要

According to the "3414" experiment design,the fertilization experiment with the different combination of N,P and K for Ormosia henryi Prain container seedlings was conducted,the growth and physiological indexes were measured.The results indicated that the growth indexes (height,diameter,root and biomass etc.) and the physiological indexes (including photosynthetic rate,light use efficiency,water use efficiency,chlorophyll content,nitrate content,nitrate reductase activity and root activity) of O.henryicontainer seedling were greater than CK after fertilization treatment,and the difference between different treatment was significant.Among 14 treatments,the height,diameter,average root diameter,total root volume,≥5 cm lateral root number,total biomass,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll a of 6#(N2P2K2) seedlings showed the best performance which is the 1.66,1.33,6.10,3.90,6.00,2.26,2.10,2.52 times compared to the control.The fertilization model showed that the best fertilization formula was recommended by N 1.41 g,P 0.44 g and K 0.29 g for each O.henryiseedling.%采用“3414”试验设计,对花榈木容器苗进行氮、磷、钾肥配比施肥试验,测定了不同配方施肥处理花榈木容器苗生长和生理生化指标.结果表明:施肥后的各处理花榈木容器苗的苗高、地径、根系、生物量等生长指标以及光合速率、光能利用效率、水分利用效率、叶绿素含量、硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力等生理指标均大于不施肥的处理,且各施肥处理间生长、生理生化指标差异显著.在14个处理中,6#(N2P2K2)的苗高、地径、平均根系直径、总根体积、≥5 cm侧根数、总生物量、光合速率、叶绿素a等指标表现最好,分别是对照的1.66、1.33、6.10、3.90、6.00、2.26、2.10、2.52倍.经施肥模型拟合后得到氮、磷、钾肥推荐施肥量为:每株施氮肥1.41 g、磷肥0.44 g和钾肥0.29 g.
