不同蛋白质水平的氨基酸平衡日粮对泌乳母猪生产性能、血清指标和乳汁氨基酸含量的影响

     

摘要

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of amino acid balanced diets with different protein levels on productive performance,serum indices and amino acid concentrations in milk of lactating sows.Sixty crossbred sows (Large White ×Landrace),with 3-6 parity,similar body condition and parturition dates were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups and each group had 15 sows.Four groups of sows were fed diets with different crude protein (CP) levels of 18% (control group),17% (trial group 1),16% (trial group 2) and 15% (trial group 3) respectively.The experiment was from day 110 of gestation to day 21 of lactation.The results showed as follows.No significant differences were found in average daily feed intake,the loss of body weight,interval days from weanling to estrus,litter weight gain and average daily weight gain of the piglets.There was no significant difference in the concentrations of free amino acid in serum and milk of lactating sows among 4 groups (P >0.05).The concentrations of trea nitrogen in serum of 15% and 16% groups were significantly lower than those in 18% group (P <0.05).%本试验旨在探讨理想氨基酸模式下,不同粗蛋白质水平的日粮对泌乳母猪生产性能、血清指标和乳汁氨基酸含量的影响.选用3-6胎次、体况相似、预产期相近的60头长大二元杂交母猪,随机分成4个组,每组15头母猪,分别饲喂粗蛋白质18%(对照组)和粗蛋白质17%(试验1组)、16%(试验2组)、15%(试验3组)低蛋白氨基酸平衡的日粮,试验期从妊娠110天到哺乳期21天结束.结果表明:日粮蛋白质水平对母猪泌乳期日均采食量、体重损失、断奶后发情间隔、仔猪哺乳期窝增重和平均日增重的影响不显著(P>0.05);母猪血清和乳汁游离氨基酸含量处理组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);15%蛋白组和16%蛋白组血清尿素氮含量显著低于18%蛋白组(P<0.05).
