狼疮性肾炎患者血清抗炎与促炎因子水平变化研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze and study the change situation of serum anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory cytokines of patients with lupus nephritis.Methods:25 patients with lupus nephritis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were the observation group,25 healthy personal at the same period were the control group,then the serum anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory cytokines of control group and observation group were compared.Results:The observation group′ s IL-2 of serum anti-inflammatory cytokines were obviously lower than that of control group,and other anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory cytokines were al higher than those of control group,al P< 0.05,there were al significant differences.Conclusion:The serum anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory cytokines of patients with lupus nephritis show an abnormal state,and it has some reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.%　　目的分析研究狼疮性肾炎患者血清抗炎与促炎因子水平变化情况。方法选取2012年1月～2013年1月于本院进行诊治的25例狼疮性肾炎患者为观察组，然后将同时期的25名健康人员选为对照组，将对照组和观察组的血清抗炎因子与促炎因子水平进行比较。结果观察组的血清抗炎因子中的IL-2明显地低于对照组，而其他的抗炎因子与促炎因子均高于对照组，P 均＜0.05，均有显著性差异。结论狼疮性肾炎患者血清抗炎与促炎因子水平呈现异常状态，具有一定的临床诊断和治疗参考价值。
