摘要

The metabolic syndrome is a group of conditions that include dyslipidemia, hypertension and increased plasma blood sugar. The metabolic syndrome itself, is a risk factor for atherosclerosis, which can develop into a form of complication such as STEMI-NSTEMI. Signs of inflammation occur from the beginning to the development of atherosclerosis. As for inflammatory markers, such as IL-1, TNFa, and CRP hs. Meanwhile, vascular endothelial damage (endothelial dysfunction) is the initial process of atherosclerosis formation, which can be seen from CEC and EPC markers. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of giving Polysaccharide Peptides from mycelia Extract as anti-inflammatory and protection of vascular endothelial cells in STEMI-NSTEMI patients who had risk factors for dyslipidemia alone or dyslipidemia and diabetes. This study was true experimental using a randomized control perspective method with pre-test and post-test design, to determine the effect of giving Peptide polysaccharides as anti-inflammatory and vascular endothelial cell protection in patients with dyslipidemia with or without diabetes seen from marker IL 1, TNF-a, hs CRP, CEC, and EPC in STEMI-NSTEMI patients. A sample of 50 participants was obtained. The results of the analysis by independent t test showed that Polysaccharides Peptides from Ganoderma Lucidum had a significant potential as anti-inflammatory therapy and vascular endothelial cell protection in STEMI-NSTEMI patients with risk factors for dyslipidemia alone. As well, Polysaccharides Peptides from Ganoderma Lucidum have the potential to be antiinflammatory therapy and vascular endothelial cell protection in STEMI-NSTEMI patients with risk factors for dyslipidemia and diabetes, but not statistically significant.
