中医传统疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察正骨推拿配合针刺等中医传统疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法：将136例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者随机分成两组，治疗组68例应用正骨推拿、针刺等中医疗法治疗。对照组68例应用矫形器配合牵引治疗，观察3个月。记录治疗前后脊柱侧弯Cobb角的变化及疗效评定。结果：治疗组显效51例，有效17例，无效0例，总有效率100%。对照组显效18例，有效41例，无效9例，总有效率为86.8%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。%ObjectiveClinical Efficacy of orthopedic massage with acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods The 136 cases of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 68 patients were treated with orthopedic massage, acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
