EV71病毒性脑炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞频率变化及其临床意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the EV71 children with viral encephalitis peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Foxp3 +regulatory T cells frequency changes and its clinical significance.Selection methods:our hospital 90 cases of children viral encephalitis EV71 diagnosis, including 25 cases of children with severe, critically ill children with 65 cases, and set up the health control group 30 cases of children. Extract on the first day after diagnosis of venous blood 5 ml, using flow cytometry instrument on the serum levels of CD4 +CD25 +Foxp3+regulatory T cells (Treg) cell frequency, at the same time testing the WBC, CPR and blood glucose in patients with biochemical indicators. Results:in EV-71 children with virus infection, the level of Treg cells increased significantly, and this situation might as the illness is aggravating, and there was a trend toward increased gradually;Frequency of CD4 +CD25 +Foxp3 +Treg cells and white blood cells was significantly positive correlation, but with no obvious correlation between CRP and blood sugar.Conclusion:EV71 virus could be elevated by frequency of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells inhibit the cellular immunity of human body, lead to the further development of the disease, severity of may and peripheral WBC level was significantly positively related.%目的：探讨E V71病毒性脑炎患儿外周血C D4+C D25+F o x p3+调节性T细胞频率变化及其临床意义。方法：选取我院明确诊断E V71病毒性脑炎患儿90例，其中重症患儿25例，危重患儿65例，并设立健康对照组患儿30例。于病情确诊后的第一日抽取静脉全血5ml，采用流式细胞仪对其血清CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Treg)细胞频率，同时检测患者WBC、CPR以及血糖等生化指标。结果：在EV-71病毒感染的患儿中，Treg细胞水平明显升高，而且这种情况可能随着病情的加重，而有逐渐增加的趋势；CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞频率与白细胞呈显著正相关，但与CRP、血糖之间无明显相关。结论：EV71病毒可能是通过升高CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞频率对人体的细胞免疫进行抑制，导致病情的进一步发展，其中严重程度可能与外周WBC水平呈显著正相关。
