一种具有抑菌作用漱口水的制备工艺研究

         

摘要

目的 制备一种具有清洁口腔及抑菌作用的漱口水.方法 以金银花及茶叶为主要原料,通过水提法提取其中有效成分,并采用体外抑菌试验来评价其抑菌作用.通过优化两者复配,确定其最佳配比.在此基础上,以色、香及味为评价指标,通过单因素试验,确定金银花和茶叶混合液、柠檬酸、薄荷油、甜菊糖、甘油、乙醇及食盐的添加量.通过正交试验,确定了产品的最佳配方.结果 产品最佳配方:金银花和茶叶混合液(250 mg/mL金银花与250 mg/mL茶叶1:1组成)7%、乙醇10%、甘油10%、柠檬酸0.05%、薄荷油0.1%、甜菊糖0.05%、食盐1%、去离子水72.79%.结论 该漱口水可清除口腔异味及清新口气,且可对常见口腔炎症有一定辅助治疗作用.%Objective To prepare a kind of mouthwash with the function of cleaning the mouth and antibacterial. Methods With honeysuckle and tea as main raw materials, the active ingredients in the raw materials were extracted by water, and the bacteriostatic effect of the raw materials was evaluated by in vitro bacteriostatic assays. The bacteriostatic effect of the 2 main raw materials was explored in a series of experiments to optimize the ratio of main raw materials. On this basis, the color, aroma and taste were used as evaluation indicators, and the addition amount of honeysuckle and tea mixture, citric acid, peppermint oil, stevia, gly cerin, ethanol and salt was determined by single factor tests. Finally, the optimal formulation of the product was determined by orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal formulas were as follows: honeysuckle and tea mixture (250 mg/mL honeysuckle and 250 mg/mL tea 1:1 composition) 7%, ethanol 10%, glycerol 10%, citric acid 0.05%, peppermint oil 0.1%, chamomile sugar 0.05%, salt 1.0% and deionized water 72.79%. Conclusion This mouthwash can remove bad breath and freshen breath, and has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect on common oral inflammation.
