肾功能指标检测对多发性骨髓瘤早期肾损害的诊断价值

摘要

Renal damage is one of the most common complications and cause of death in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). The studies have pointed out that early renal impairment is risk factor for progress of this disease, timely diagnosis and prompt intervention therapy are very important to improve the prognosis and survival of MM patients. Therefore, the diagnosis of early renal damage is crucial for clinical treatment. The progress on detection of early renal damage parameters and their value are reviewed in this article.%肾脏损害是多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者最常见的并发症及死亡原因之一.研究指出,早期肾脏损害是病情进展的危险因素,及时诊断和迅速的干预治疗对于改善患者的预后及生存有重要意义.因此,早期肾脏损害的诊断对临床治疗是非常重要的.本文就近几年MM早期肾脏损害的检测指标及其意义的研究进展作一综述.
