弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤表观遗传学研究进展

摘要

The pathogenesis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has not been fully elucidated,but people realized that the occurrence of DLBCL is caused by the mutual change of genetics and epigenetics with the rapid development of modem biological technology.Epigenetics is to explore the expression changes of genes and proteins without the changes of gene sequences,and this change is reversible and can be inherited.In this review,the latest advances of epigenetic changes in DNA methylation,microRNA regulation,and histone modification for DLBCL are summarized,so as to provide a new strategy to study the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of DLBCL.%弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)的发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,遗传学和表观遗传学在其发生发展中起着重要的作用.表观遗传学是研究非基因序列改变所导致基因或者蛋白表达的变化,且这种变化是可逆的、可遗传的.本文就近年来表观遗传学在DNA甲基化、MicroRNA调控、组蛋白修饰等方面的改变与DLBCL的相关研究进展作一综述,为研究DLBCL的早期诊断、治疗、预后提供新的策略.
