目的:探讨僵人综合征(stiffman syndrome,SMS)的临床和电生理学特点.方法:回顾性分析5例SMS的临床资料和神经电生理改变.结果:5例患者临床表现为慢性起病,肌肉阵发性疼痛和僵硬,肌电图示肌强直电位,神经传导正常,F波、H反射潜伏期缩短、波幅增高.结论:神经电生理学检查SMS出现肌强直电位,神经反射易化.注射安定后,肌强直电位发放明显减少有重要临床意义.%Objective:To investigate the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of stiffman syndrome (SMS) .Methods :Retrospective analysis of clinical data and electrophysiological changes of 5 cases with SMS .Results:Five patients with SMS were characterized by chronic onset ,muscle paroxys-mal pains and stiffness ,and their EMG showed myotonia potential and normal nerve conduction ,F waves and H reflex latency were shortened ,and their amplitude increased .Conclusion:The clinical features of SMS include occult onset fluctuating muscle pains and stiffness ,abnormal movement and postural ;Elec-trophysiological examination showed myotonia and nerve reflex facilitation ,after the injection of stability , the distribution of muscle strength potential was significantly reduced ,which is of important clinical sig-nificance .
