基于博弈论的建筑工程投标报价最优化分析

     

摘要

Tender offer is the key to the construction project, but because of the asymmetry of information and the huge number of bidders,both the two main bodies of bidding want the best interest. Therefore,it is very difficult for competitive bid unit to choose the bidding unit,or for the bidder to adopt the reasonable bidding strategy. Using the game theory to analyze the optimal bidding of construction projects,the game model between the two bidding units is established under the principle of reasonable low bid,and the index function is used as the expected value and cost,as well as the maximum likelihood estimation. The results show that the bidding method for construction projects based on game theory is of great significance to the selection of the bidding person and to improve the probability of winning the bid.%投标报价是投标单位承揽建筑工程项目的关键,但由于信息的不对称,投标单位数量较多,参与招投标的主体,无论是招标单位还是投标单位都希望获得最大的利益.因此,招标单位如何选择投标单位以及投标单位如何采用合理的投标报价策略显得异常困难.利用博弈论进行建筑工程投标报价的最优化分析,在合理低价中标的原则下,分别建立招标单位和投标单位之间的博弈模型、投标单位和投标单位之间的博弈模型并展开研究,同时引入指数函数作为预期价值和成本函数并进行极大似然估计,分别确定最优报价范围.结果表明,基于博弈论的建筑工程投标报价分析方法对招标单位选择合适的投标单位以及投标单位提高中标概率都具有十分重要的意义.
