住宅产业化在我国广泛推行的关键影响因素分析

摘要

住宅产业化是我国住宅建设的发展趋势,目前我国的住宅产业化程度低,产业化推行受到多种因素影响.从住宅产业化发展的角度着手,在现有研究的基础上,通过剖析相关的技术、经济、市场、政策,总结出20个影响我国住宅产业化广泛推行的因素,运用 DEMATEL 模型分析这些影响因素之间的关系,找到其中的关键影响因素,并提出相应建议,以期为实施相关对策研究提供参考.%Housing industrialization is the development trend of future residential construction in China. At present China's housing industrialization level is relatively low,and the implementation of housing industrialization is affected by many factors. From the angle of housing industrialization development, this article analyzed the related technical,economic,market and policy,and summarized 20 affecting factors of housing industry development in China. This study also used DEMATEL model to analyze the relationship between these factors and identify the key influencing factors of housing industrialization in China. Suggestions are put forward to provide reference for implementing targeted countermeasures.
