通过对工程担保相关法律、法规和文献的系统梳理,以及对重点地区尤其是工程担保试点地区工程担保实践现状的分析研究,从工程担保法律基础及各地相关法规建设、各品种工程担保发展现状、试点地区与非试点地区工程担保保证人业务状况3个方面对我国工程担保发展现状进行了详细的分析与阐述.指出了各地在推行工程担保过程中所采取的卓有成效的措施以及我国工程担保制度进一步发展的主要障碍,为工程担保制度进一步发展提供参考和思路.%This study introduces the current situation of engineering guarantee in China from three aspects through combing the laws,regulations and other data about engineering guarantee and analyzing current situation of key areas especially the pilot areas:construction of laws and regulations,varieties of engineering guarantee and the guarantor's business conditions in pilot cities and the other cities, then summarizes the effective measures that should be taken to practice for the engineering guarantee system and the main obstacles of the further development of engineering guarantee system to supply references.
