总监理工程师已然成为了监理企业在竞争中最重要的砝码.而"胜任力"的方法可以帮助监理企业迅速摆脱理念与方法上的落后,优化监理企业的人才开发管理能力.目前,国内外关于总监理工程师的胜任力与绩效关系的研究较少,拟从4个维度对总监理工程师的胜任力模型进行构建和探讨,分别从任务绩效和周边绩效建立了总监理工程师胜任力模型与其绩效的关系模型,运用Pearson简单相关系数计算总监理工程师各层面胜任力与任务绩效、周边绩效的相关关系,并证明了胜任力模型对绩效的显著性影响.%Chief supervision engineer of supervision enterprise has become the most important factor in market competition. And the method of "competency" can help supervision enterprises to improve talent development of supervision enterprise management ability. Study on the relationship between competence and performance of chief supervision engineer is relatively small. This paper discusses the competency model of chief supervision engineer,establishes a chief supervision engineer competency model and its performance relationship model,analyzes the relationship between them. The competency model is validated.
