当归拈痛汤加味膏剂对佐剂性关节炎大鼠促炎因子分泌及关节滑膜细胞凋亡的调节作用

摘要

目的 观察当归拈痛汤加味制成膏剂对佐剂性关节炎(Adjuvant Arthritis,AA)大鼠滑膜细胞凋亡及血清细胞因子的影响.方法 建立AA大鼠模型,将wistar大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、治疗组(甲氨蝶呤+当归拈痛汤加味膏剂)、对照组(甲氨蝶呤+双氯芬酸二乙胺乳).检测各组大鼠足跖肿胀程度及疼痛指数,滑膜细胞凋亡及血清细胞因子浓度.结果 治疗组能显著抑制注射足跖肿胀程度,显著提高滑膜细胞的凋亡率,并降低大鼠血清中IL-17、TNF-α的水平,与对照组效果相当.结论 当归拈痛汤加味膏剂可能通过促进AA大鼠滑膜细胞的凋亡,抑制某些炎性因子的释放,达到治疗的作用.%Objective: To observe the effect of modified paste of Dangguiniantong Decoction on promotion inflammation cytokines and synoviocytes apoptosis in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats. Methods: AA rat models were divided randomly into the normal group, the model group, the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was used the methotrexate and paste of Dangguiniantong Decoction and the control group was given the methotrexate and diclofenac diethyl ammonium emulsion.The swelling degree and the pain index of foot pad were observed in these groups. Meanwhile, the synoviocyte apoptosis and the serum cytokine concentration were detected. Results: In the treatment group, the swollen degree of foot pad was inhibited. The ratio of synoviocyte apoptosis was increased obviously. Meanwhile, levels including IL-17 and TNF-α were decreased. Conclusion: Dang-guinumtong Decoction which could inhibit some inflammation factors can promote the synoviocyte apoptosis of AA rats. Modified paste of Dangguiniantong Decocti
