Objective:To observe the effect of humanized nursing care in operating. Methods: SO femoral head replacement patients were randomly divided into two groups averagely. Usual care group were given usual nursing care,while intervention group were given humaniaed care measures besides. The anxiety, depression and nurses care satisfaction of both groups were compared. Results: two weeks after the intervention,the anxiety and depression standard score of intervention group were significantly lower than those of the usual care group, and nurses care satisfaction rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control. Conclusion: humanized nursing care can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients who will be given elective femoral head arthroplasty , and improve the satisfaction of patients.%目的 观察手术室实施人性化护理的效果.方法 将高龄股骨头置换术患者80例随机分为两组各40例,常规组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予人性化护理措施,比较两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分及患者对护理服务的满意度.结果 干预2周后,干预组患者焦虑抑郁标准分明显低于常规护理组,且护理服务满意率明显高于对照组.结论 人性化护理能够明显改善择期行股骨头置换术患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高护理服务的满意度.
