基于SF6分解特性的电力设备绝缘缺陷检测方法

         

摘要

搭建 SF6 GIS电力设备试验平台,分别设置尖端电晕、悬浮电位及绝缘子沿面等三种绝缘缺陷,研究 GIS中典型绝缘缺陷下的 SF6气体分解特性,同时针对现场案例进行应用分析。试验结果显示,SF6气体的分解特性与绝缘缺陷的类型密切相关,尖端电晕及悬浮电位缺陷下检测到的主要分解产物包含 SO2 F2,S2 OF10和 SO2,其中, S2 OF10在悬浮电位缺陷下的含量明显高于尖端电晕缺陷,可以利用产物含量比值φ(S2 OF10)/φ(SO2 F2)对这2种缺陷进行识别。绝缘子沿面缺陷条件下能检测到CF4,CS2等含碳产物以及较高含量的 SO2。现场应用案例显示, SF6气体产物检测法是一种诊断 GIS内部绝缘缺陷的有效方法。%The experimental platform of Electrical Equipment GIS was built,and the decomposi-tion characteristics of SF6 in GIS was studied for three kinds of defects,including point corona defect,floating potential defect,and insulator creeping defect.Experimental results show that there is a close relationship between the SF6 decomposition characteristics and defect types.The main decomposition products under point corona defect and floating potential defect are SO2 F2 , S2 OF10 and SO2 .The value of product content ratio of S2 OF10 to SO2 F2 is used to identify these two defect,since the content of S2 OF10 is much higher under floating potential defect than that under point corona defect.Carbon-containing products,such as CF4 and CS2 ,and high content product SO2 ,can be detected under insulator creeping defect.Site trial results show that the pro-posed detection method is effective and reliable.
