Combining with domestic and foreign research achievements,this paper reviews development progress and research status quo of study on SF6 decomposition mechanism and analyzes factors influencing SF6 decomposition including defect types,discharge energy,electrode materials,moisture content,oxygen content,absorbent,and so on. It introduces multi-ple methods for detecting components of SF6 decomposition products such as detector tube method,nuclear magnetic reso-nance method,infrared absorption spectroscopy method,chemical sensor method,gas chromatographic method,gas chrom-atographic/mass spectrometry method,photoacoustic spectrometry method,and so on. Finally,it makes a prospect of re-search on analysis on components of SF6 decomposition products.%SF6气体绝缘设备在电网中得到广泛应用,SF6气体分解产物检测技术已成为设备状态检测的有效手段.结合国内外研究成果,回顾了SF6气体分解机理研究的发展过程及研究现状,分析了缺陷类型、放电能量、电极材料、水分含量、氧气含量和吸附剂等影响SF6气体分解的因素,并介绍了检测管法、核磁共振法、红外吸收光谱法、化学传感器法、气相色谱法及气–质联用法、光声光谱法等多种检测SF6分解产物组分的方法.最后,对SF6分解产物组分分析的研究前景进行了展望.
