爱因斯坦的教育观--读《爱因斯坦文集（第三卷）》笔记

Einstein Collected Works (Volume III)is a concentrated expression of Einstein’s thoughts, including many valuable educational thoughts worthy of reading by later generations.Einstein considered that the mission of education was to lead individuals to make the goal of serving all mankind;the value of education lied in developing individuals’ability for independent thinking and independent judgment;educa-tion should advocate general education and foster harmonious development of individuals;and the best mo-tivation for students learning in school was fun.These educational thoughts have important reference val-ues for our current education reform.%《爱因斯坦文集（第三卷）》是爱因斯坦思想的集中体现，其中包含的许多宝贵的教育思想值得后人品味。爱因斯坦认为，教育的任务是使人确立为全人类服务的目标；教育的价值在于养成人的独立思考和独立判断的能力；应倡导通识教育，培养和谐发展的人；学生在学校学习的最好的动机是乐趣。这些教育思想对我们当前的教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
