采用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯低聚物(GS)的化学键合产物(PBT-GS)为扩链剂,与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)熔融反应,制备了支化及交联PET.分析了反应过程的扭矩变化,以及支化及交联PET的特性黏数、交联度和流变性能.并以超临界CO2为物理发泡剂,通过釜式发泡对比了支化及交联PET的可发性,制备了平均泡孔直径为50~75μm、泡孔密度为1×108~4×108 cells/cm3、泡孔形貌规整的PET泡沫材料,研究了发泡温度和饱和压力对发泡过程的影响.%The branched and crosslinked poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)were prepared by melt-reaction between PET and chain extender poly (butylene terephthalate)-(glycidyl methyacrylate-styrene copolymer)(PBT-GS).During the melting reaction,the change of the torque,the intrinsic viscosity,degree of crosslinking and rheological properties of modified PET were investigated.The modified PET were used to prepare PET foaming materials using supercritical CO2 as the blowing agent through batch molten-state foaming process.The average cell diameter and cell density of the obtained foaming crosslinked PET were 50—75 μm and 1 × 108—4 × 108 cells/cm3 ,respectively.The influence of foaming temperature and saturation pressure during the foaming process was also investigated.
