For the district requirement of precise timing control and real-time sampling of the pulse signals, 32 bits embedded microprocessor MCF 5235 and embedded real time operation system VxWorks are selected. To meet the requirement of dynamic performance, a PID parameters' optimization method for the motor speed regulation system based on the genetic algorithm is raised. The Matlab emulation shows that, the PID controller using genetic algorithm (GA) optimization design can obtain fine stability, robustness and dynamic quality. This controller is used for synchronization control in multimotor systems of automatic piecing control system. Study shows that the system has good stability, quick convergence as well as high application value.%为实现脉冲信号的实时采集与处理和时间的精确控制,设计了一种采用32位嵌入式微处理器MCF 5235和嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks的自动接头机控制系统.针对该系统对实时性和动态性的要求,提出一种基于遗传算法整定的PID控制方法,Matlab仿真结果证明,该控制器较常规PID控制器,具有更好的控制特性和更强的适应性、鲁棒性和抗干扰能力.将此方法应用于自动接头控制系统的多电机协调控制,系统稳定性好、收敛速度快,具有很好的实用价值.
