基于GIS热辐射事故多米诺叠加分析与设计

     

摘要

The definition of domino effect is introduced and the specific processes of thermal radiation incident domino effect quantitative evaluation are given. Based on the inducing conditions and modes of domino effect, the thermal radiation incident domino stack algorithm analysis is studied. Software for analyzing thermal radiation accumulation in domino accidents and its corresponding design steps has been designed by geographic information system. It has been employed to calculate the probability accumulation in some complex domino accidents. According to the probability of the happening about the domino effect, the results can be more vividly dynamic forecasting the accident further development trend that is instructionally meaningful for rescue to make decisions and for safety management and rescue plan making.%引入多米诺效应的定义,给出热辐射事故多米诺效应定量评价的具体流程.在触发多米诺效应发生条件和发生模式的基础上,重点研究了热辐射事故多米诺叠加算法分析.利用地理信息系统设计了多米诺事故热辐射叠加分析软件以及相应的设计步骤,解决较为复杂的重大事故多米诺效应概率叠加计算问题.根据多米诺效应的发生概率,研究结果可以更加形象地动态预测事故进一步发展的趋势,为救援指挥提供决策,对相关园区的安全管理和救援决策具有指导意义.
