A METHORD AND THE SYSTEM OF DRAWING OF THE TRAFFIC ACCIDENT AND STATISTICS MANAGEMENT OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENT POINT AND ATFER CREATING AUTOMATIC SERIAL NUMBER BASED ON GIS

A method for drawing a real traffic accident condition map based on a GIS(Geographic Information System), and the method and a system for managing traffic accident statistics by generating a serial traffic accident number automatically are provided to obtain information used for finding/understanding causes of a traffic accident by using a GIS map, and output traffic accident statistics in real-time without collecting/refining traffic accident records of each insurance company. A web-based program module(50-10) obtains coordinate/address information of a point when a user selects the point in which a traffic accident occurs by connecting to a GIS server. A real traffic accident condition map drawing module(100-10) loads map data of an area centering on the traffic accident point automatically when the traffic accident point is selected in the web-based program module. A traffic accident management program module(50-20) assigns a serial traffic accident number to the traffic accident when traffic accident data are inputted to a database of the GIS server. A traffic accident statistics program module(200-10) calculates traffic accident statistics by processing data stored in an integrated database server(200) based on the serial traffic accident number.
