基于ANSYS参数化语言APDL对折流板的分析与优化

             

摘要

利用ANSYS参数化编程语言APDL,针对高压加热器蒸冷段壳侧流体设置不同切割尺寸的单弓形折流板和不同切割形式的多弓形折流板建立了参数化分析程序,实现了二维多孔介质模型的参数化建模、加载、求解的模拟分析过程.通过改变程序中个别模型参数从而改变零件的尺寸和结构,经过对多种流场的模拟分析,得出了折流板切割尺寸与切割形式对流场的影响规律.该方法对于换热设备中折流板的优化设计是有效可行的.%With ANSYS parameter design language (APDL), the fluid in the DSZ (desuperheating zone) of high-pressure heater with baffles of different cut dimensions and types was simplified as 2-D porous media model and simulated, which can achieve the simulation processes such as parameterized modeling, loading, and solving etc. The dimension and structure of the parts was changed by modifying several model parameters in the program. The laws were found that cut dimensions and cut positions of baffles produced an affect on the flow field after all kinds of simulations analysis were finished. The parameterized analysis method was very effective to optimize and design baffles of the heat-exchange equipment.
