以不同长度和用量的超短中空载银聚酯纤维与聚醚型多元醇、异氰酸酯等助剂为原料,通过一步发泡法制备具有缓释抗茼功能的医用泡沫敷料,并对各个样品中的纤维分散形态、银离子释放性能、细胞相容性、细胞生长形态以及抗茼性进行测试和分析.结果表明,中空载银纤维的添加可使泡沫敷料具有可靠的抗菌性,且可以通过调整纤维的长度以及用量来控制银离子的释放量,同时应控制纤维的长径比,以免造成纤维的缠结,从而影响银离子的释放,所有样品均具备优良的细胞相容性,细胞可在样品上进行生长和延伸.%To develop a antibacterial medical foam dressing,a new kind of medical foam dressing was prepared by different length of ultrashort hollow PET (polyester) fiber with silver inside,polyether polyol,TDI (toluene-2,4-diisocyanate)and other additives,the preparation method of foam dressing was one-step foaming,then the morphology of the fibers,silver release property,cell compatibility,cell growth morphology and antibacterial properties of samples were tested and analysed.The results suggest that adding hollow PET fiber with silver inside can make foam dressing have antibacterial properties,the releases of silver can be controlled by changing the length and amount of fiber,at the same time,the length to diameter ratio of fiber should be controlled in case of snarling to avoid affecting silver release.All the samples have great cell compatibility,cells can grow and extend in the samples.
