油水界面法制备纳米β-硅酸钙

     

摘要

The nano-β-calcium silicate powders (β-CaSiO3) were prepared by an oil-water interface method.The effects of synthesis conditions,such as sources of calcium,silicon,types of surfactants,refluxing temperature and time and calcination temperature on the formation of the products were investigated.The as-prepared specimens were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Experimental results show that nano-β3-CaSiO3 powders can be obtained using calcium chloride and sodium silicate as precursors,sodium oleate as surfactant,refluxed at 75 ℃ for 2 h and sintering at 800 ℃.The TEM observation indicates that the nano-β3-CaSiO3 powders are well dispersed and have a hollow structure with diameter of 103~338 nm and thickness of 9~18 nm.It is reasonable to consider that the nano-β-CaSiO3 is promising in the biomedical fields.%采用油水界面法合成纳米β-硅酸钙粉体,研究了钙源、硅源、表面活性剂、回流温度及时间、煅烧温度对合成纳米β-硅酸钙的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所制备粉体的物相、形貌进行表征.试验结果表明,以氯化钙为钙源,硅酸钠为硅源,油酸钠为表面活性剂,75℃下回流2h,800℃下煅烧,获得的纳米β-硅酸钙粉末为空心球结构,该空心球直径为103~338 nm,壁厚为9~18 nm,且分散性良好.采用油水界面法合成的该空心球结构的纳米β-硅酸钙,有望在生物医用材料领域获得应用.
