回顾了经典热力学面临的困惑，分析了现代热力学对人类认识的贡献，指出了世界的本原是混沌，而混沌就是有序和无序的对立统一。%Reviewing the perplexities of the classical thermal mechanics, this paper analyzes the contribution of the modern thermal mechanics to the knowledge of the humanity and points out that the arche is the chaos, but the chaos is the unity of opposites of order and disorder of the world.
