基于社交媒体合作学习效果的影响要素与实现机制分析

     

摘要

The rapid development of mobile and internet technology makes ubiquitous learning (U-learning) possible. By means of social network, people can collaboratively create and exchange information. In U-learning environment, after studying the learning behaviors of students' cooperative learning based on social media, a model of influencing factors and operating mechanism of performance on social media learning is constructed based on collective efficacy, uses and gratification theory and technology adoption model (TAM). Exemplified with the course of “Three-dimensional Constitution”by means of adopting Jigsaw collaborative learning with social software in Online College of Donghua University, an empirical study is conducted to prove the hypothesis after collecting 318 valid questionnaires for data analysis with SPSS. Finally, the problems including the influence of cooperative learning based on social media on current teaching models, its tool selection, its teaching method, its implementation, its usage of the skills, its effective-ness assessment are discussed and some management suggestions are put forward.%当今移动和互联网技术的高速发展,不断推动着泛在学习(U-learning)的发展趋势。在社交网络中,人们可以合作创造并交换信息。在泛在学习环境下,有必要对学员使用社交媒体合作学习的教学模式进行研究。为此,通过使用集体效能、使用满足、技术采纳等理论,构建了社交网络学习影响因素及效果实现模型,并在东华大学网络学院《立体构成》课程中,使用微信社交软件进行拼图式(Jigsaw classroom)合作学习实验研究。共采集了318个有效问卷进行数据分析,最终验证了所提出的影响要素和实现机制的假设。基于社交媒体与合作学习的视角,对现有教育模式影响、工具选择、教学方法、实施推进、使用技能、效果评定等几方面,进行讨论并提出相应的管理建议。
