互联网、物联网以及智能硬件的迅猛发展,使得信息技术以不可阻挡之势渗透到教育学的方方面面。对于支持开放教育发展的数字化学习资源而言，互联网已成为承载学习资源的首选。我国2011年启动建设的精品视频公开课将告一段落，它在很大程度上丰富了我国的数字化学习资源库。通过对相关专家博士的问卷调查以及访谈，结合文献综述获取了影响精品视频公开课学习的主要因素，并以问卷形式发放给学习者，利用SPSS16.0,通过因子分析，提取了课程视频资源质量因子、课程视频内容质量因子、课程归属因子、课程拍摄制作技巧因子四个关键要素。结合我国数字化学习资源的实际情况将四个关键要素具体化，以期为后续数字化学习资源的建设提供借鉴。%With the rapid development of Internet, Internet of things and intelligent hardware, technology penetrate into educa-tion in all aspects. The digital learning resource is the important drive in open education, so the Internet has become the first choice for carrying learning resources. The construction of high quality video open class which started in 2011 will come to an end.It enriches our country’s digital learning resources largely. The questionnaire survey and interviews of students and relevant experts combined with the literature review, the main factors that affect the video are extracted by using SPSS16.0. Based on the actual situation of the digital learning resources, the four key elements can be used to provide reference for the following digital learning resources construction.
