The mathematics model of horizontal range detection for hyperbolic-catadioptric panorama imaging system was set up to do the quantitative analysis for the spatial detection capability of hyperbolic-catadioptric panorama imaging system. The model described the relationship between the horizontal detection range and the target size and the angle of incidence according to the mapping relation of panorama image and cylinder image. The greater the target size and the angle of incidence were, the greater the horizontal detection range was,otherwise rt was smaller. The results of the simulation experiment and the detection experiment were accordable.%为定量分析双曲面折反射全景成像系统的空间探测能力,建立了双曲面折反射全景成像系统水平探测距离的数学模型.该模型依据全景图像与柱面图像的映射关系,描述了系统水平探测距离与目标大小和入射角的数学关系:目标尺寸越大,入射角越大,水平探测距离越大;反之,水平探测距离越小.仿真实验和实际探测实验的结论相符.
