基于钨铼热电偶的接触式爆炸温度测试方法

         

摘要

Non-contact testing method is the main way to measure explosion temperature at present, but this method will produce large errors during the measuring. Therefore,a contact temperature testing method based on tungsten-rhenium thermocouple was proposed in this paper. The cold junction compensation was solved by using a linear temperature sensor to measure the cold junction's temperature of the thermocouple, then the relative compensation potential was found out by the method of reference table look-up. A full scale array between thermoe-lectrical potential and temperature was established in the software, and the nonlinearity of the thermocouple was then corrected by using the method of quadratic interpolation. A two-stage amplifier and a low pass filter were designed as the signal conditioning circuit The calibration results, in combination with the testing and experimental results,indicated that the achieved static error was less than 0. 8% within the limits of the calibration temperature and the dynamic response time was less than 20 μs.%目前,爆炸温度测试仍以非接触测温方法为主,误差很大,为此,提出基于钨铼热电偶的接触式测温方法.该方法利用线性温度传感器测量热电偶冷端温度,据此在软件中查热电偶低温段分度表进而实现冷端补偿;通过在软件中建立热电偶全量程热电势-温度序列,利用二次插值法实现非线性修正;采用两级放大策略以及低通滤波的方法实现信号调理.校准、测试与试验表明:接触测温方法的静态误差在校准温度范围内优于0.8%,动态响应时间小于20μs.
