制导弹药中电引信磁电分布影响仿真方法

     

摘要

针对制导弹药中磁电敏感的电引信,基于 FEKO 软件提出了一种磁电分布影响的实体建模仿真方法。结果表明:进入弹体的电磁脉冲频率与强度变化以及电磁脉冲进入不同窗口时都对弹体内部电磁耦合能量有较大影响。引信体观测窗处电场能量增强效应明显,并且有很强电磁耦合能量,矩形孔缝耦合能量最大而圆形孔缝最小。孔缝耦合是电磁脉冲进入引信舱体的主要通道,其舱体孔缝电磁耦合能量随电磁频率升高而降低,应加强对低频电磁脉冲的防护。电磁耦合能量与敏感元器件及其缆线放置位置也有很大差异,应合理设计和水平布线。分析表明:该方法得到的电引信磁电分布规律与数据客观可靠,可为其他弹药的电磁兼容分析和电磁防护研究等提供了方法参考。%The electromagnetic simulation method is carried with the FEKO software for the magnetoelectric sensitive electric-fuze of guided munition.The simulation results showed that the electromagnetic coupling ener-gy inside munition changed significantly in different electromagnetic pulse frequency,intensity and window shape,and electric-fields energy enhanced greatly in window of the fuze cabin,and its energy of electromagnetic coupling was too large.The coupling energy of rectangle slot was maximal and circular slot was minimal.Slot coupling was the main channel of electromagnetic pulse into the fuze cabin;electromagnetic coupling energy in fuze cabin window was reduced with the higher the electromagnetic frequency;the protection of low frequency e-lectromagnetic pulses should be strengthened.The energy of electromagnetic coupling also had very big differ-ence with sensitive components of fuze and cable placed,it should be designed and level wired reasonably.Simu-lation analysis show that magnetoelectric distribution law and data for the electric fuze are obj ective and reliable, which provided a basis method to other amunition for the electromagnetic compatibility analysis and electromag-netic protection research etc.
