便携式引信通用测试仪

摘要

For the problems of scattered test equipments for fuze,special-purpose machines and complicated operations,a universal monitor based on STM32 was proposed to test four kinds of fuzes in this paper.Through the design of the main control module and fuse type detection module,telemetry and simulation of security-signal modules,communication modules and other 9 functional modules,adopting technology of fuze type quick identi-fication,simulation of security-signal reliable generation and remote sensing voltage isolation measurement,this equipment achieved the automatic identification of fuze test and judgement,and real-time display through the LCD screen.The result proved that the universal tester had high test precision,simple and reliable operation, stable performance,and could meet the design requirements.%针对现有引信测试系统设备分散、专机专用、操作繁琐等问题,设计了基于STM32的便携式引信通用测试仪,以完成对4种类型引信的检测.通过设计主控制模块、引信类型检测模块、遥测及模拟解保模块和通信模块等9个功能模块,采用引信类型快速识别、模拟解保信号可靠产生、遥测电压隔离测量等技术,该测试仪实现了对引信的自动识别、测试及结果判断,并可实时显示测试结果.实验结果表明,该通用测试仪测试精度高,操作简单可靠,性能稳定,达到设计要求.
