马尔尼菲青霉菌致病机制的研究进展

摘要

马尔尼菲青霉菌是一种机会致病性、双相型真菌。马尔尼菲青霉菌病目前已成为东南亚地区艾滋病患者最常见的致死性、机会性感染之一。有关马尔尼菲青霉菌致病机制及抗真菌药物的研究不断深入。本文主要就马尔尼菲青霉菌致病机制的近期研究进展做一综述。%Penicillium marneffei ( PM) is an opportunistic pathogenic, dimorphic fungi. PM infection has becomes one of the most common lethal oppor-tunistic infection in aids patients of Southeast Asia. Study on the pathogenic mechanism of Penicillium marneffei and antifungal drugs development. In this paper, the recent research progress on the pathogenic mechanism of Penicillium marneffei were reviewed.
