高水平大学建设下高校文理渗透人才培养模式探析

For a long time, China ' s colleges and universities have been facing the problem of seriously polarized subjects, which is one prominent part in the whole process of talent training mode in the construction of high-leveled universities, which requires strengthening the combination of learning and thinking, unifying knowledge and action, strengthening the training of students ' basic knowledge, professional knowledge and practical ability. Permeation of "Liberal Arts and Science" is quality-oriented education which combines revitalizing a country through science and education and strengthening a country through human resource development. It is basic social requirements for individuals in the future. Therefore, it is a must to create an ed-ucational environment with permeation of "Liberal Arts and Science" in China's construction of high-leveled u-niversities, converting educational concept, optimizing the course structure, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and enriching the campus culture.%长期以来，我国高校面临着学科分化严重的现象，使得我国高水平大学建设中人才培养模式问题凸显出来。高水平大学建设要求高校人才培养模式要加强学与思的结合、知与行的统一，加强学生基础知识、专业知识和实践能力的培养。文理渗透是实施科教兴国和人才强国相结合的综合素质教育，是未来社会对人才的基本要求，因此，我国高水平大学建设应该在转换教育观念、优化课程结构、加强师资队伍建设和丰富校园文化方面建设一个文理渗透的育人环境。
