English cooperative learning based on the network is one of the main methods of adult English learn-ing. In the teaching process we teachers should pay more attention to the team-forming, activity-designing, atmosphere-building and the effective strategies of evaluation to ensure the adult students to have an efficient and active learning. Meanwhile, they plays an important role in cooperative learning for adults.%网络英语合作学习是成人英语学习的主要方式之一，是一种目标导向、任务引领型的学习活动，因此教学活动设计是重要环节。在教学过程要注重组建小组、活动设计、营造氛围、有效评价等策略；根据小组内部的差异性，搭配不同特点的组员，注重角色分配，合理组建学习小组可以使小组成员各有所长，相互补充，保证合作高效、顺利进行，同时利用网络技术共同讨论与学习等，是以上策略实施的基本内容。
